"In her Shoes", Maryborough, a concert & ... oh yeah, a Birthday!

I've sadly neglected this blog over the past week or so but truth be told not much has happened.

Hmm, well actually a bit has happened...

Last Saturday night Emma & I went out to celebrate my birthday a week early as she won't be in town for my actual birthday. We visited one of favourite haunts for dinner, Pancake Parlour. The ads are definitely right - YUM! Afterwards we saw In Her Shoes. Good movie.

And I did go to Maryborough on Sunday to visit Andrew, Lisa and Adelaide on Sunday. I haven't seen much of them in the last few years so it's also good to go up. It's a long way though. Long drives don't normally bother me but for some reason Maryborough seems to take an age.

Tuesday night I went to an organ concert at Scot's Church in Melbourne. Anna was singing in the choir that accompanied the organist for part of the performance. It was quite lovely.

I've been going to Gym regularly. Which is just as well because it's only been two weeks since I joined. Have to admit that I did give it a miss on Wednesday night but went Thursday instead.

And finally, today is my Birthday! It doesn't really feel like a birthday. No one at work knows so it's been a normal day here. I've had a couple of calls from people wishing me Happy Birthday, SMSs doing the same, an email and even a Happy Birthday on Laura's Blog. Thanks!
